سلامونه وروڼو I had a very unpleasant experience at this shop. Management is a disaster. I brought the truck for an oil change and a center bearing replacement. They messed up my oil pan valve and replaced an aftermarket center bearing and over charged me. The next time they replaced my 2 months old brand new brake drums, the supervisor Abu bakr and the mechanic were lying at my face that the drums were bad. When i confronted them, they said I cannot see it as it is not visible to the naked eye. However, i told them if I cannot see i can feel the smoothness and dips of drums with my hand?? I requested to replace the bad center bearing again and guess what they replaced it with another bad aftermarket center bearing. The moment they replaced it I noticed there was still a play in the bearing but I wanted to get out of there garage ASAP for how bad there management was. Also, be aware the mechanics will be asking for tips so each mechanic can give an individual VIP sloppy service.

Zero stars should be an option for this place. Their customer service is terrible. I took both of my trucks here for repairs, and they came back in worse condition than before. On top of that, they charged me nearly $3,000 for what turned out to be only temporary fixes. The DEF system still has the same issues—they never actually fixed it, even though they charged me about $2,500 for the repair. They also promised the work was covered under a warranty, but that turned out to be a false promise. They even “repaired” the hood temporarily instead of fixing it properly. What a great experience ever! I had a check engine light, electrical issue and coolant alarm going off and bad oil sensor and windshield wiper motor all going wrong at the same time and after trying three different Kenworth dealerships and failed over 2 months I came to All State Truck Repair workshop and I all repair was done in timely manner and I can only say I find me a family and I’m so happy and grateful Jemil, Abubaker and Ermiyas for taking very good care of me like a family 🫡 i definitely recommend your services.
